B2B lead generation needs a formal marketing plan!

We are into April, and now is the time you assess whether you have reached your first ¼ goals or not. Did you have a plan to reach those goals?

If you want to grow your B2B business, then you need to have a formal marketing plan.

As Winston Churchill stated, “He who fails to plan is planning to fail.“

It is imperative to have a marketing plan for every 90 days, ¼ of your fiscal period. This allows you to understand whether you are on the right track, or need to make some changes.

I have completed a video about planning, and why you need to plan every 90 days. If you have not reached your 90 day goals, or have not reset those goals, then this video will help.

You should also have a facilitator run your planning session for you, to ensure you have included all of the elements, and more importantly to ensure everyone has “Buy In” to your company’s plan.
